Rate Card

The rate card is issued pursuant to the 2012 Presidential Debate at Lynn University on October 22, 2012.

The online Rate Card site will be closed as of October 20, 2012 at midnight. After October 20th, all orders must be placed at the Rate Card desk in the lobby of the Media Filing Center.

Purchase orders will not be accepted for Rate Card or Walk-up purchases. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express will be accepted. The credit card submitted will be charged immediately for the total requested.

Placing Rate Card Orders Inside the Debate Area

All requests are reviewed and approved by the Commission on Presidential Debates. Acceptance of orders by Lynn University does not constitute authorization for debate site access. If debate credentials are not granted, orders may be cancelled and payments will be refunded.

Placing Rate Card Orders for Broadcasts Outside the Debate Area

Lynn University has partnered with CORT Event Furnishings to provide goods and services for the Presidential Debate. The Rate Card shows the typical and standard items used in past debates. Note: Prices quoted are for areas with available communications and power. Requests for other services, including generators, will be provided at cost. The priority deadline for submission of requests is August 15, 2012. Fulfillment of orders received after this deadline cannot be guaranteed.
