WPTV talks to students about covering presidential campaigns and debates

Panelists to discuss what the Oct. debate at Lynn University means to our local community

On Thursday, March 22 at 11 a.m. in the Amarnick-Goldstein Concert Hall, four panelists from WPTV, News Channel 5 NBC, will discuss how television networks cover presidential debates, interview presidential candidates and what Lynn University hosting the third and final presidential debate in October means to our local community. Robert Watson, professor of American Studies in Lynn’s College of Liberal Education, will moderate the discussion. WPTV panelists include: Steve Wasserman, managing director, Kelley Dunn, senior anchor, Michael Williams, senior anchor and Tom Kastinotis, senior producer.
