- Political cartoonist discusses elections
On Tuesday, April 24 at 11:00 a.m., Chan Lowe, an award-winning political cartoonist at the Sun-Sentinel, spoke at Lynn University’s Keith C. and Elaine Johnson Wold Performing Arts Center, the site of the final 2012 presidential debate. In his presentation, “Drawing Behind The Lines: A conversation about political cartoons, satire and elections,” Lowe discussed how he creates cartoons, shared some of his favorite and most-controversial images and talked about how he views the 2012 campaigns as an editorial cartoonist.
